Ellie's House Honey

We believe in keeping our products as local as possible. We have developed two separate product ranges, based on the location of the apiaries from which the honey has been harvested. They offer distinctive honey flavours and textures that we endeavour to maintain over time.

 

The Grange Paddocks range originates from our Bishop's Stortford apiary, whose bees spend their days collecting pollen from across in the fields of Grange Paddocks.
 

The Ellie's Wood range uses honey from our apiary in woodland near Westland Green, Little Hadham.  Our bees are free to gorge on the bluebells and other wildflowers that grow around oaks and ashes.

The Ellie's Field range from hives situated in a wild flower meadow hidden in the midst of Much Hadham village. This honey's distinctive bouquet has become a firm favourite with our customers.

We love our bees and believe in minimal interference in their lifecycle. All honey is harvested by hand and is extracted using traditional mechanical means only. 

 

Jars are available in three sizes: 8oz, 12oz or 16oz (1lb).

Prices are available on request.

 

We can also supply smaller 4oz jars for use as wedding favours or in anniversary celebrations, with customised labelling on special order.
